CANDIED SWEET SAUSAGE & RICE
1 lb sausage
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp. grated horseradish
Cut the sausage into thin slices.
In a pan combine the sugar, ketchup and horseradish.
Add the sausage, mixing the ingredients and coating the sausage.
Cook on high until it reaches a boil.
Reduce heat to low, simmering uncovered for around 25 minutes or
until the sauce thickens.
Serve with rice.
