CROCK POT CHEESY CUBAN DIP
1 c. shredded pork
1 c. ham, chopped
1/3 c. pickles, chopped
1 c. swiss cheese, shredded
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. dijon mustard
Mix all of the ingredients in a 2 qt Crock Pot and cook on low for 2-3 hours or on high for 1 hour. Stir until the dip is smooth and the cheeses are evenly distributed.
Serve with crackers and bread.
