Philly Cheesesteak Sloppy Joes
1 lb. ground sirloin
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. steak sauce
1 c. beef stock
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 pkg. or can sliced mushrooms
Sliced provolone or cheese of choice (mozzarella for me)
Buns or sandwich rolls
Preheat broiler on oven. In a large skillet over medium high heat, brown the sirloin, and add the onion, pepper and mushroom, cook til they begin to get tender. Stir in the steak sauce and stock, season with S&P, bring up to a bubble and cook for a few more minutes. Split rolls and open, put cheese on top side and toast under broiler til golden. Put a scoop of meat on bottom of bun, drizzle with additional steak sauce if desired, put top bun on and serve.
