Chicken Tetrazzini
This is one of my favorite dishes!
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup margarine
4 oz. can mushrooms
2 cans cream of chicken soup
16oz. sour cream
7oz. spaghetti (cooked)
Cook chicken breasts until tender and remove from the bone. Saute mushrooms in margarine. Mix with remaining ingredients and turn into buttered 9x13 casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 300 for 40 minutes
