Kitchen Grease Cutting Cleaner
1/4 cup baking soda
2/3-cup white vinegar
3/4 cup ammonia
hot water
Pour the first three ingredients into a clean gallon container.
Shake to mix.
Add enough hot water to fill the container.
Use the cleaner to wash greasy areas in the kitchen.
Rinse with clean water and let dry.
To protect your hands use rubber gloves
and make sure you have adequate ventilation in the room
