Cookies N Cream Cupcakes
1 (18.25-ounce) package white cake mix
2 cups coarsely chopped chocolate sandwich cookies, plus 12 chocolate sandwich cookies cut in half for garnish
1 (16-ounce) container white frosting
Preheat oven to 350 degrees . Line muffin tins with 24 paper baking cups.
Make cake mix according to package directions. Stir in chopped sandwich cookies. Spoon batter into muffin tins, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
Bake according to package directions; cool completely.
Spread frosting over cooled cupcakes and top each with 1/2 cookie
I also like to put a whole cookie in bottom of muffin paper,and add some crumbled cookies to the iceing
