No Bake Brownies
2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup plus 2 teaspoons, evaporated milk, divided
1 (11-ounce) package vanilla wafers
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup sifted powdered sugar

Combine chocolate chips and 1 cup evaporated milk in a large heavy saucepan; cook over low heat until chocolate melts, stirring occasionally. Set aside.
Process vanilla wafers, in 2 batches, in a food processor to make coarse crumbs. Place crumbs in a large bowl.
Stir marshmallows, pecans, and powdered sugar into crumbs. Reserve 1/2 cup chocolate mixture. Stir remaining chocolate mixture into crumb mixture. Press mixture into a well-greased 9- x 13-inch square pan.
Combine reserved 1/2 cup chocolate mixture and 2 teaspoons evaporated milk in a small bowl; spread over crumb mixture. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Cut into squares.
