Cinnamon Crisps
Cinnamon Crisps
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon Salt
3 teaspoons Shortening
1 tablespoon ice water
cinnamon & sugar
jam; optional
Combine flour, salt and shortening with a fork until the mixture resembles peas.
Sprinkle with water and stir gently until dough forms a ball.
Roll dough out on lightly floured surface until about 1/8″ thick. Sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar.
Cut into desired shapes. Place on ungreased Easy-Bake Oven pan.
Bake in Easy-Bake Oven until lightly browned.
Spread jam on top.
