White Pepper Gravy
White Pepper Gravy
3 Tbsp Butter
3 Tbsp flour
2 cups of milk
1 tsp Salt To taste
1/2 tsp Black pepper To taste
On medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the flour to the butter, and whisk til its combined, and smooth. Let it cook, and bubble for a couple of minutes, then add salt & pepper. After that, add the milk, and whisk until the gravy thickens up, and becomes smooth.
