Hash Brown Casserole
2 Pound Bag of Shredded Hash Browns Thawed
1 Can Cream Of Chicken
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Pint of Sour Cream
1/2 Cup chopped Onion
2 Cups grated Colby Cheese
Handful of Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350’
First, Spray casserole dish with cooking spray, or you could use butter. I always take my bag of hash browns from the freezer, and place them in the refrigerator, the night before so they can thaw. When you’re ready to make the casserole, Rinse hash browns and lay on paper towels to drain excess water. Once water has drained off, mix all ingredients together and bake for 50-55 minutes.
Cheddar cheese, or any other choice of cheese can be substituted
