Ginger Bark
Serves 20
1 lb. white chocolate melting discs
1/2 c. crushed gingersnaps
Melt the white chocolate discs according to package instructions in a bowl.
Stir in the crushed up gingersnaps.
Pour into a 9"x13" pan lined with wax paper and spread evenly.
Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
Break or cut into pieces.
Notes
If you don't have white chocolate melting discs on hand you can use white chocolate chips.
