CHIPOTLE LIME TORTILLA STRIPS
CHIPOTLE LIME TORTILLA STRIPS
6 to 8 corn tortillas
olive oil
ground chipotle chile powder
1 lime; juice of {or lime salt}
salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Brush tortillas with olive oil and stack in a pile. Cut the tortilla into thin strips. Place strips on a wire rack over a foil lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle lightly with the ground chipotle chile powder, and lime juice {or lime salt}, and finally salt. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
