Lemon Garlic Pork Loin
Pork Loin ( 3 lbs)
1/4 cup lemon juice
Tablespoon Garlic Salt and Parsley mixed
Seasoning salt
1/2 stick butter
Pour lemon juice all over the pork loin. Cover both sides with Garlic mixture and seasoning salt. Put pieces of butter over the top. Place in glass baking dish and bake on 250 for three hours or until middle is done and the outside is brown and crispy.
