Easy No Bake Peanut Butter Cookie Crust

Easy No Bake Peanut Butter Cookie Crust 2 3/4 cups peanut butter cookie crumbs about 25 cookies, Nutter Butters or similar 5 tablespoons unsalted butter melted Finely crush the cookies in a food processor or using a rolling pin. Measure out 2 3/4 cups of cookie crumbs. Add melted butter and stir with a fork. Press into the bottom and up the sides of a 9" pie plate. Chill until ready to fill.
