Italian Pasta Salad
Italian Pasta Salad
3-4 Cups Campanelle Pasta, cooked
1/2 Cup Roasted Red Peppers, diced
1 Small Can Sliced Black Olives
1/2 Cup Banana Peppers
1/2 Cup Mozzarella, diced
2 Cups Broccoli Florets, cooked
For The Dressing
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
Combine all ingredients for the dressing in small bowl or mason jar. Chill until ready to serve.
Add all ingredients for the salad into a large bowl.
Pour dressing all over the salad, toss really well.
Chill until ready to serve.
