Chicken Fajita Pasta Bake
2 chicken breasts, cut into pieces
1 onion, chopped
1 package of fajita seasoning
2 bell peppers, chopped
1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
1 lb dry pasta
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and place in the a 9x13 pan.
in a large skillet brown chicken pieces with onions. Add Fajita seasoning.
Add green peppers, tomatoes, salt and pepper and garlic powder.
Add in cream cheese and allow it to melt while simmering.
Transfer the chicken mixture to the 9x13 pan and toss everything together.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake 10-15 minutes at 350F, until everything is heated through and the cheese has melted.
