Caramel Apple Dump Cake
6 cups sliced peeled, and cored apple (about 3 large apples)
1 jar caramel ice cream topping
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 (15.25 oz.) yellow cake mix (tonight I used a butter pecan mix because it’s what I had)
1/2 cup melted butter
Place sliced apples in bottom of greased 9x13 baking dish. Pour caramel sauce over apples and sprinkle with cinnamon. Toss cake mix with melted butter and crumble evenly over apples. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
