Those Potatoes
32 oz pkg frozen onion flavored potato puffs
1/2 cup margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz sour cream
1 bunch green onions-chopped
8 oz cheddar cheese, divided
Place potato puffs in a lightly greased 11x9 pan; set aside.
Melt butter in a saucepan; add soup, sour cream, onions and 1 cup of the cheese.
Stir over a low heat until mixed; pour over the potatoes.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
