Quick, Easy -N- Fast Western Rice Skillet
1 lb. ground beef
1 envelope onion soup
1 1/2 C. water
3/4 C. uncooked rice
1 lb. stewed tomatoes
1 C. frozen peas
1 C. grated cheddar cheese
In a skillet, brown beef and drain off grease. Stir in soup mix. Add the
rice and tomatoes. Simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in peas and cook until rice is
tender.
Top with cheese and serve
