Fruity Pancake Syrup
Fruity Pancake Syrup
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup raspberry, apricot or strawberry
preserves or orange marmalade
Melt margarine in a heavy saucepan. Stir in honey and preserves or
marmalade. Heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
Serve hot over pancakes.
