Seattle Seafood Spread
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
3 hard cooked eggs, mashed
1 (8 ounce) can crab meat, flaked
1 (8 ounce) can tiny shrimp, drained, and chopped
1/4 onion, very finely chopped
1 stalk celery, very finely chopped
1 teaspoon Creole Seasoning
Several dashes Tabasco sauce
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and boiled eggs in mixer
bowl. Beat until fairly smooth. Add crabmeat, shrimp, onion, celery,
Creole seasoning and Tabasco. Mix well.
Serve with crackers. This can also be used as a dip or to make good
sandwiches.
Makes 4 cups
