Redneck Salad
Redneck Salad
2 (15 oz ) cans of whole kernel corn, drained
2 (15 oz ) cans of black-eyed peas, drained
1 tomato, diced
1 red onion, sliced
1 (16oz ) bottle Zesty Italian Dressing
Combine corn and peas in a bowl. Add tomato and onions. Pour about half the dressing over mixture and refrigerate for 4-5 hours before serving. Add more dressing if needed.
