Rich S'mores
8 large oatmeal cookies
4 oz. milk chocolate
8 large marshmallows
skewers
Heat grill for high heat. Place 1 oz. chocolate on flat side of 4
oatmeal cookies. Skewer marshmallows and roast them, turning constantly,
until they are golden brown all over. Slide a warm marshmallow onto
chocolate and top it with another cookie, flat side down. Repeat for all
cookies. Let sit a couple minutes to melt chocolate and serve. Makes 4
servings.
