PUMPKIN BETTER THAN SEX DESSERT
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 - 1 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 1/2 c. milk
2 pkgs. (5 1/4 oz.) Jello vanilla instant pudding
2 c. canned pumpkin
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 c. Cool Whip
Mix flour, butter and nuts and press into a 9x13 pan. Bake
at 350 for 15 minutes. Cool.
Blend cream cheese and sugar. Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip.
Spread mixture over crust.
Beat milk, pudding, pumpkin, spice and 2 cups Cool Whip at
low speed until smooth. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Top
with 1 to 2 cups of Cool Whip and decorate with pecans.
Chill until set (3 hours)
