REESE’S PUFFS PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 6 Cups Reese’s Puffs cereal 1 1/4 cups sugar 3/4 cup light corn syrup 1 1/4 cups peanut butter you can use crunchy or creamy In a large bowl, measure out six cups of cereal, so you’ll be ready for it later. Then in a saucepan, mix the sugar and corn syrup together over medium heat, and let it come to a boil. When it does, take it off the heat, and stir in the peanut butter. Pour this mixture over your cereal, and mix quickly and well, without crushing your cereal. Give your hands a quick spray with cooking spray, and form cereal balls about 2 1/2 inches in diameter. It’s good to have help with this, so your cereal mixture doesn’t harden before you get all the balls formed I like to lay out wax paper to lay them on as I’m forming them. Keep them in an airtight container or in large ziploc bags, to keep them fresh.
