Egg Noodles
Egg Noodles
2 1/2 c all purpose flour
Pinch of salt
2 eggs beaten
1/2 c milk
1 tbsp butter
In a large bowl mix flour and salt add eggs milk and butter mix until completely mixed kneading about 5 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes roll out onto a floured surface to 1/4 - 1/8 inch thickness cut in strips. Let air dry before cooking
Bring water or broth to a boil add noodles cook until done 10-15 minutes.
