CRUNCHY APPLE PIE (ONE CRUST)
CRUNCHY APPLE PIE (ONE CRUST)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. butter
Line single crust in pie shell. Fill with 1/3 of the above mixture.
Peel apples, slice and put over mixture. Spoon remaining mixture over top of apples.
Bake at 400 degrees for 50-55 minutes. (9 inch pie)
