Chicken Hash Brown Casserole
1 lb chicken, diced and cooked
1 lb bag of shredded hash browns (defrosted)
1/4 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 bag of cheese ( I used mozzarella )
1 snack bag of potato chips
Mix cooked/diced chicken, cream of mushroom, milk, sour cream and handful of cheese in a bowl.
In baking pan, layer: Hash browns, then chicken/soup mixture nad some cheese. -repeat- - for the top layer add the crushed potatoe chips. Press firmly.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
