Roasted Broccoli
Roasted Broccoli
1 head broccoli, florets removed and separated
2 T. olive oil, canola or veg. oil
1 T. my house seasoning (equal parts garlic powder, onion powder and pepper...combine and store in an airtight container)
pinch of salt
Place the broccoli florets in a ziploc bag and add the oil, house seasoning and salt. Seal and toss the florets around in the bag to fully coat. Spray a baking sheet with a little cooking spray and then dump the bag of broccoli onto the baking sheet and spread out. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 25-30 minutes, turning them halfway through the cooking time.
