Chinese-Style Hamburger Casserole
Chinese-Style Hamburger Casserole
1 lb ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
1 c celery, sliced
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken soup)
1 c warm water
1/2 c rice, uncooked
pepper to taste
1 small can of mushrooms, undrained
1/4 c soy sauce
Brown meat; drain.
Mix meat and remaining ingredients together. Place in a 2-quart casserole dish. (Dish may be sprayed with cooking spray.)
Cover and bake for about 1 1/2 hours at a 325 degree oven. (I uncover during the last 15 minutes). Bake until rice is done. Ovens may vary.
