BEEF NOODLE BAKE
6 oz. uncooked dumpling egg noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/2 medium green bell pepper, chopped
one 15.5 oz. can sloppy joe sandwich sauce
one 10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
one 15.5 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
2 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Cook noodles to desired doneness as directed on pkg. Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2 qt. casserole with nonstick cooking spray. In large skillet, combine ground beef, onion, bell pepper; cook over medium-high heat until beef is cooked, vegetables are tender. Drain. Add sandwich sauce, soup, mushrooms; mix well. Heat until bubbly. Gently stir in cooked noodles. Pour mixture into sprayed casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350, 20-25 minutes until casserole is heated, cheese is melted
