Peanut Butter Party Mix
5 cups Cheerios
5 cups Corn Chex
10 ounces miniature pretzels
2 cups salted peanuts
1-1/2 pounds M & M's
4 cups peanut butter chips
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
In a large bowl combine the cheerios, Corn Chex, pretzels, peanuts and
candy. Mix well. In a microwave safe bowl combine the peanut butter chips and
vegetable oil. Microwave on medium-high for 2 minutes; stirring once during
the cooking process. Microwave on high for 10 seconds. Stir until smooth.
Pour the mixture over the cereal mixture and stir to mix well. Spread on
waxed paper to cool. Break apart and store in an airtight container
