Country-Kitchen Casserole
1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
5 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 Tablespoon chipped chives or onions
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
1 package (10-ounces) frozen peas and carrots, cooked, drained
Preheat oven to 350° F. Butter 2-quart casserole dish.
In a saucepan, add cheese, milk and mayonnaise. Heat over low heat.
Stir until sauce is smooth.
Add spaghetti, chives, chicken and peas and carrots. Mix well.
Pour into casserole dish.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes
