Mamas Coleslaw

Mamas Coleslaw 1 small head cabbage, grated 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. celery seed mayo, start with 2 T. In a bowl combine the grated cabbage, salt, pepper and celery seed. Stir in the 2 T. mayo, combine well. Add more mayo if you like a wetter slaw, but I don't like mine oozing with mayo, so I stick with 2 - 3 T. for ours.
