Mushrooms and Rice
1 cup sliced button mushrooms
1 Tbsp butter
1 envelope dry Onion Soup Mix
1 cup water
1 cup instant brown rice
Saute mushrooms in butter until browned. Stir in remaining ingredients, bring to a simmer, cover and simmer until rice is tender and all liquid has been absorbed. "Fluff" with a fork and serve as side dish.
