Shrimp & Cream Cheese Appetizer
Shrimp & Cream Cheese Appetizer
1 (8 oz.) block cream cheese
1/2 c. cocktail sauce
½ lb. cooked small or medium shrimp
small sprinkle black pepper
chopped fresh parsley {optional}
If desired, coarsely chop shrimp.
Place block of cream cheese on a small serving platter. Pour cocktail sauce over the center of the cream cheese and top with shrimp. Sprinkle with black pepper and chopped parsley.
Serve with crackers.
