Hot Dog Chili Sauce
Hot Dog Chili Sauce
1 lb. ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, diced
6 oz. can tomato paste
1 C. water
1 T. sugar
1 T. yellow mustard
1 T. dried onion flakes
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 heaping tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Brown the ground beef, making sure to use a fork to crumble it into fine pieces. Drain the grease and add the onions, cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, simmer for 15 minutes. (I took the leftovers and put them in freezer containers to use next time I make hot dogs).
