Lemon Bark
Lemon Bark
2/3 C crushed lemon drops
1 pound white almond bark
Crush lemon drops, reserving 2-3 Tbsp to sprinkle on top
Melt almond bark in microwave
Line cookie sheet with wax paper
Add crushed lemon drops into melted almond bark
Pour and spread evenly on a wax paper lined cookie sheet
Sprinkle reserved crushed lemon drops on top
Allow to harden and then break into pieces
