Jalapeno Corn Casserole
14 ounces cream-style corn
1 jalapeno, chopped
1 egg
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
garlic powder
salt
3 tablespoons margarine
1/4 cup cornmeal
Combine all and pour into small Pam sprayed casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
