QUICK BREAKFAST QUICHE FOR 1
2 eggs
Splash of milk
Dash of dry mustard
Salt/pepper to taste
Vegetables such as onions, peppers, or even brocolli florets
Protein - ham, sausage, or bacon
1/4 cup shredded cheese
Combine the eggs and milk and scramble with a fork.
Add a dash of dry mustard, salt/pepper.
Add in your veggies, protein, and cheese. Mix to combine.
Pour in to a ramekin sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake at 400F for about 20 minutes. Remove and let sit for 5
minutes and then enjoy!
