Twice Baked Cheesy Potato Casserole
8 medium Potatoes
1/2 lbs. Bacon, chopped
1 pkg chedder cheese
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Milk
1 tsp. Chives
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
3/4 cup shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
Peel & boil Potatoes. Mix Rico's Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream, Milk, Salt, Black Pepper & Garlic with Potatoes. Whisk together until well mixed. Spread Potato mixture into a greased 7 x 10 glass casserole dish. Top with 3/4 cup Cheddar Cheese, Bacon & Chives. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
