Chili Relleno Casserole
2 (7oz) cans whole green chili drained
8 oz Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
8 oz Shredded Longhorn or Cheddar Cheese
2 eggs beaten
1 (5oz) can evaporated milk
2 Tb all purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees spray 9×13 in baking pan/dish with cooking spray place 1/2 the green chili's evenly on bottom of dish sprinkle 1/2 the Monterey Jack and 1/2 the cheddar cheese cover with remaining chili's In a bowl mix eggs milk (s)flour pour over chili's and bake for 25 minutes remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining cheeses and bake an additional 10-15 minutes if you want to mix it up i like to put cooked hamburger meat in the mixture
