Cheesy Green Chile Cornbread
Cheesy Green Chile Cornbread
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 egg.
1/4 c. milk
pinch cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 small can diced green chiles, undrained
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. frozen kernel corn
Mix all together until combined well. Pour into 8x8 dish coated in cooking spray.
Conventional Oven:
Bake 350° for 30 minutes or until toothpick test is clean.
