Homemade Pizza Dough
Homemade Pizza Dough
1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1 cup Self-rising Flour
Mix both ingredients in a bowl until well combined, using hands.
Yields 1 large thin crust or 1 medium regular pizza crust
Note: If you don't have self-rising flour on hand, add 1 1/2 tsp of baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt to 1 cup all-purpose flour.
