CANNED FRUIT COBBLER
CANNED FRUIT COBBLER
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 large can canned fruit,drain BUT save juice
Mix in baking dish (deep casserole), the ingredients
except fruit. Remove fruit from can and place on dough mix.
Add 1/2 cup sugar to juice in can. Stir well and pour over
mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
