Bean Salad
Bean Salad
1 can kidney beans 1 c diced celery
1 can yellow (wax) beans 1 large onion, diced
1 can green beans 1 large bell pepper, diced
1 can whole kernel corn, if desired
Drain beans and corn.
Combine:
2 c cider vinegar 2 T salad oil
2 c sugar
Pour over vegetables; mix well. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
