Spanish Style Potatoes
Spanish Style Potatoes
1 1/3 pound potatoes, quartered
2 cups chopped onions
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup water
1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 cup chopped tomatoes
Cook potatoes in water until tender, drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, add remaining ingredients except tomatoes. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Add potatoes and tomatoes; blend gently until well coated.
