Easy Scalloped Potatoes,this is my favorite recipe
8 russet potatoes - sliced
1 onion - sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Salt, pepper, parsley flakes, garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350
Layer sliced potatoes and sliced onion in a casserole dish.
Mix soup and milk and 1 1/2 c of cheese ,heat to melt cheese,stir often,pour over potatoes and onion.
Sprinkle with parsley, garlic powder and salt and pepper to your own taste.
Cover and cook for 55-60 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread the 1/2 c grated cheddar over the top. Return casserole to oven uncovered until the cheese melts.
