GREEN BEANS WITH TOMATOES

Cook 1/2 chopped onion in a pot with 3 tbs olive or vegetable oil, 5 min. Add 1 1/4 pounds trimmed green beans, a 15 oz can crushed tomatoes, 1 1/4 cups water, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper and a pinch of cinnamon. Partially cover and simmer, 35 min. Season with salt and pepper, then SERVE...
