Caramel Apple Milkshakes
3 cups frozen vanilla yogurt
3/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
1/2 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup caramel topping
Place the yogurt, milk, cinnamon, and topping in a blender.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Pour into 4 glasses.
Serve immediately
